EiS HCM Reporting is an integrated reporting solution for the Oracle HCM modules.  The reporting tool contains over 250 reports in Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits.

Because the reports are delivered along with their views, it is easy to extend and develop your own views and reports using the user friendly configuration engine.  The delivered reports allow users to get the data they need to make decisions, perform audits and maintain efficiency with the click of a button. In addition, the payroll reports are integrated with the Payroll Dashboard.

After running the reports, users may view the reports in one of 9 available output types: CSV, Excel, Pivot Excel, HTML, HTML Summary, XML, RTF, PDF and a Dashboard. In addition, Payroll offers Payroll to Costing reconciliation and Payroll to GL reconciliation reports.
