EiS Time Entry system is built on Oracle Application Framework and seamlessly gels with the familiar Oracle user interface experience. Since it is integrated into Oracle Application, this solution does not require users to log in with a new set of credentials.
It makes use of Oracle Workflow to generate and route timecard reminders between employees, supervisors and timekeepers.
The Validation Engine sub-system ensures that timecards created by employees comply to a set of rules before time is submitted. Invalid timecards are flagged and employee notified to take corrective measures.
Explosion Rules can be identified and plugged into the system so that certain type of hours (like overtime, holiday hours etc.) are automatically derived from employees’ work hours.
A robust and convenient Transfer to BEE process is available to administrators that helps interface employees’ hours into Oracle Payroll.
