Chief Executive Officer - Naveen Miglani

Naveen Miglani is the CEO of EIS Technologies and a member of the board. Naveen has more than 23 years of industry experience and is currently responsible for overall global operations of the EIS Technologies including corporate strategy, service offerings, alliances and channels, and marketing. Prior to joining EIS Technologies Naveen has worked across many functions – IT, Management, Business Development, Marketing, Finance and held many senior positions such as CEO of Apex IT, EAI Leader at GE Energy Services and Managing Principal at Oracle Corporation. Naveen holds a BS in Engineering and an MBA with a major in Information Systems and International Business from Mercer University.

President & Chief Architect - Kiran Pasham

Kiran Pasham is the President and Chief Architect of EIS Technologies and a member of the board. Kiran has more than 14 years of industry experience. Kiran has been instrumental in managing, defining, and driving EIS’s core technologies with execution excellence and currently manages Development, Global Delivery and Support. Prior to joining EIS Technologies he was at Oracle Corporation and led multiple Oracle HCM implementations for its customers. Kiran was also involved in the Oracle HCM implementation within Oracle. Kiran holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering from Osmania University in India, a Masters Degree in Computer Sciences from Florida Atlantic University.

Vice President of Sales - International : Jeff Feim

Jeff Feim is the V.P. of Sales(International) at EIS Technologies and a member of the board. Jeff has spent a career spanning over two decades consulting on business applications technologies in the corporate, education and government sectors. Jeff has overall responsibility for business development for products and services at EIS Technologies. Prior to joining EIS Technologies, Jeff spent 6 years directing an implementation services practice and in applications product sales at Oracle Corporation. Jeff is an elected board member of the Oracle Human Capital Management User Group (OHUG) in the position of Global Development Chair and he is an International Oracle User Council (IOUC) committee member. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Monash University with postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Vice President of Sales - East : Andy Donovan

Andy Donovan is the Vice President of Sales(East) of EiS Technologies. With over 15 years of Oracle Applications and Business Intelligence experience, Andy not only brings a wealth of Oracle functional knowledge to EiS but his business acumen gleaned from his training as a qualified accountant positions him uniquely to help customers get the best results from our powerful eXpress solution. His past professional background includes positions at Noetix for 5 years, Oracle USA for 9 years and as Sales Manager for Wakebourne Business Systems, England. Andy specializes in creating and managing large sales execution teams, developing industry standard solutions and working to bring corporate visions to fruition while dealing with complex enterprise solutions.
